Accuracy of artwork is key to ensuring satisfaction. Likewise choosing the most appropriate material for your application. To help orient you on artwork and file preparation, please follow these guidelines.
We accept your PC or MAC files created in:
Adobe Photoshop® (psd, pdf, tif, high quality jpeg, sct, eps)
Adobe Illustrator® (ai, eps, pdf)
Adobe InDesign® (indd)
Other programs: Please save your artwork as: .eps, .ai, .tif or .jpg. |

Image size : 1”=1’ (one inch = one foot) Scale @ 300 dpi
Please add .5” in canvas size for bleed.
Example: a 14’x48‘: File needs to be 14”x48” @ 300 dpi. With bleed: 14.5“x48.5” |
| High Resolution Graphics: |
1”=1’ Scale @ 1200 dpi
Example: a 4‘x8’ Banner. File needs to be 4”x8” @ 1200 dpi |

Convert your fonts to curves (Illustrator, Freehand, Corel) or rasterize text layers (Photoshop).

|
Save files in CMYK mode
|
|
If a file is bigger than 1.2 GB please reduce the resolution or the size of it. Choose an appropriate format (Ex.: JPEG instead of TIFF)
|
|
Include all support files (If applicable): All fonts, Links, etc.
|
|
Flatten the artwork (you can leave 2 layers if necessary - one for artwork and one with the guides)
|
|
Specify colors: For solid colors you can use PANTONE Matching System® Values (Solid to Process Guide Coated or PANTONE® Color Bridge Coated).

Double check the file expands correctly (if you use file compression software).
