Via Inkjet Public FTP (File Transfer Protocol)
1. Click here to access our online public FTP tool. Log in using the following credentials. User Name: inkjetuser Password: inkjetartftp1 (Max file size = 300MB).
2. Or you may access using FTP software (Fetch,WS_FTP, etc.) Host: ftp.inkjetintl.com Contact Inkjet to receive your user name and password. (Max file size = 500MB).
3. Prepare your file (verify file format, location). You can compress it (zip it, stuff it).
Via Customer FTP from Web Store (File Transfer Protocol)
1. Register for an online account if you do not have one already. Or log in if you have one. You can then use the Upload Files tool.
2. Prepare your file (verify file format, location). You can compress it (zip it, stuff it).
3. Go to Artwork Upload page - click here or go to CLIENT TOOLS after you log in.
