How to Apply
To become an Inkjet reseller, we ask that you download and fully complete our Business Account Application. There is no administration fee for account setup. Upon completion, please fax this form and any relevant other documents to 972-991-5919.

- Credit Card Authorization Form (if applicable)
- Voided Pre-Printed Company Check (mandatory for Net Terms requests)
- Fax or email your completed documents as noted on our Business Account Application Cover Page
